The platform

One place to run every project, and one map to find it.

Fulcrum opens on a living map of your company. Every project, tool, and agent is a node with live status, and every page opens right out of its node. Around it: a morning brief, one Inbox for every decision, and a command bar that does what you ask.

The Fulcrum node map: the company hub at the center, with Agents, Today, Inbox, Projects, Preconstruction, Resources, Admin, Insights, Workflows, and People around it, and agents orbiting the hub.

Navigation

Three taps from the whole company to a single punch item.

Tap a node with satellites and the camera flies into it. Tap a plain node and its page opens. Step back out with the back button, the breadcrumb trail, Esc, or a pinch.

  • Red badges Overdue or at-risk items, rolled up from every tool below.
  • Cobalt badges Things waiting on you, like approvals and sign-offs.
  • Progress rings Percent complete and a health dot on every project.
  • Hexagons Agents. Filled while working, amber when they need review.

Today

Start the day with a brief, not a backlog.

Today tells you what changed overnight, what your agents closed, and the few decisions that need you, in plain sentences with links to every record. Weather and site conditions sit right beside it.

  • What agents did since you last looked
  • Decisions waiting on you, with their impact
  • Your agents’ status and hours returned this week
The Fulcrum Today page with a morning brief, decisions waiting for approval, and agent status.

Inbox

One queue for every decision.

Approvals, agent proposals, escalations, mentions, and assignments arrive in one Inbox. Each proposal shows its plan step by step, the impact if approved, and why the agent is asking.

  • Approve and run, edit the plan, hand off, or decline
  • Impact stated in schedule days and dollars
  • Filter by agent proposals, approvals, or mentions

Ask Fulcrum

Say what you need. Fulcrum makes the plan.

Press ⌘ K and type a search, a destination, or an instruction. Fulcrum turns requests into a plan that shows who does each step, which tools they use, and which steps need approval, then runs it.

  • Every action in Fulcrum can be done from the command bar, by you or an agent
  • Plans run with the agent’s permissions, and every step is logged
  • ⌘ J opens Fulcrum AI with the context of whatever you are looking at
  • Every page has a Delegate menu to hand work to the right agent

Across every project

See the portfolio, ask it questions, and automate the rest.

The Fulcrum project portfolio with contract value, backlog, pipeline, and a card for each project showing schedule, CPI, open RFIs, and health.

Portfolio

Every project in one place, with health calculated from schedule, cost, safety, and open items.

Fulcrum Insights dashboard with RFI turnaround, submittals returned on time, hours returned by agents, safety rate, and portfolio CPI.

Insights

Dashboards and reports across every project. Ask a question in plain words and get a chart you can save, schedule, or share.

Workflows

Approval chains where people and agents are both steps.

Build workflows like “when an invoice is submitted, reconcile it against the SOV, have the superintendent confirm progress, then route to the accountant.” Describe one in plain words and Fulcrum drafts it.

  • Thresholds and escalations by dollar amount
  • Agents, people, and rules in the same flow
  • Runs counted and audited across every project

Built for the field

Touch-first, from the trailer to the top floor.

Fulcrum was designed for fingers before cursors. Controls are 44 to 54 pixels, tabs are pills, rows are taller, and drawers become bottom sheets on phones. Superintendents and foremen get the same Fulcrum as the office.

  • Pinch to step back a level, spread two fingers to dive in
  • Light, dark, or system theme on every page
  • Voice notes, photos, and walkthrough video straight from the job

Pages follow your theme. The map stays dark so badges and agents always stand out.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Have a question that is not here? Ask us

Do I have to use the node map?

The map is how you move around, but you never have to hunt through it. Press ⌘K to search or jump anywhere, use the breadcrumb trail, or open a page straight from the Today brief or your Inbox.

Does Fulcrum work on tablets and phones?

Yes. Pages are restyled for fingers with 44 to 54 pixel controls, pill tabs, taller rows, and bottom sheets for drawers and dialogs on phones. Pinch to step back out of a level, or spread two fingers over a node to dive in.

What can I ask Fulcrum to do?

Anything you could do yourself. Every action in Fulcrum is available from the command bar, so you can search, navigate, or give a plain-language instruction like “chase all overdue RFIs.” Fulcrum turns it into a plan and shows which steps need approval.

Is there a dark mode?

Yes. Pages follow a light, dark, or system theme. The map is always dark, like a night sky, so badges and agents stand out.
