Field · Build it

The field, captured without the paperwork.

Daily logs, schedule, punch, inspections, safety, and time, built touch-first for gloves and glare. Scribe drafts the daily log from every source on site, Tempo models schedule recovery, Plumb turns walkthroughs into located punch, and Sentinel spots hazards in site photos.

Fulcrum Daily Log compiled from 78 inputs, with workers on site, deliveries, weather, and delays.

The daily log, drafted by 3:30

Scribe compiles each day’s log from crew check-ins, gate deliveries, the site weather station, photos, and voice notes. The superintendent reviews it, edits what needs editing, and signs.

  • Weather, manpower, deliveries, and delays in one record
  • Every delay tied to its cause and the clause that applies
  • Signed by the superintendent, never by the agent

A schedule that sees slips coming

Tempo reads daily logs and delivery data, forecasts slips on the critical path, and models recovery options with cost and risk. Lookaheads update themselves; the baseline only changes with approval.

  • Recovery options with days recovered, cost, and risk
  • Three-week lookahead built every Monday
  • Imports from Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Three schedule recovery options modeled by an agent, with days recovered, cost, and risk for each.

Punch, pinned to the plan

Upload a walkthrough video and Plumb turns it into punch items located on the plan and assigned to the right trade. When a sub marks an item ready, Plumb checks it against a new photo before it closes.

  • Walkthrough video to located punch items
  • Assigned to trades with due dates
  • Closures verified with photo evidence

Safety with the evidence attached

Sentinel reviews site photos and 360 captures for hazards, opens observations with the photo attached, pre-fills JHAs, and warns you before certifications expire. High-priority hazards reach the Safety Manager immediately.

  • Hazards found in photos and 360 captures
  • Observations opened with corrective actions
  • Certification expiry checked every morning

On site

Made for gloves, glare, and a phone in one hand.

Big touch targets, bottom sheets, and a map you navigate with taps and pinches. The daily log, punch list, and inspections work just as well on the slab as they do in the trailer.

FAQ

Field questions

Have a question that is not here? Ask us

Does Fulcrum work on phones and tablets in the field?

Yes. Fulcrum is built touch-first, with 44 to 54 pixel controls, bottom sheets on phones, and a node map you move through with taps and pinches.

Who signs the daily log?

The superintendent. Scribe drafts it from check-ins, deliveries, weather, photos, and voice notes, but signatures always belong to the accountable person.

Can Fulcrum import our Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project schedule?

Yes. Fulcrum imports master schedules from Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, then Tempo forecasts against them using your daily logs and deliveries.
