FAQ

Financials questions

Have a question that is not here? Ask us

Does Fulcrum replace our accounting system?

No. Fulcrum runs project financials and syncs job cost, commitments, and AP with your ERP, including Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint Vista, and QuickBooks Online.

Can an AI agent approve a payment?

No. Committing or releasing money is on the list of actions agents can never take. Ledger prepares and reconciles, and a person with payment authority approves.

How are change order approvals routed?

Through approval chains you set in Workflows, for example a project manager up to $50,000 and a project executive above that, with every step recorded.
